Our laboratory voice mail system allows you to obtain your test results at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When we receive your test results from the laboratory, the results are reviewed by our physicians and recorded onto your personal voice mailbox.
The office will provide you with the required:
Unique identification number
Personal identification number (PIN)
To access your personal voicemail box:
- Call 1-866-934-8701
- Enter your unique identification number followed by the pound key.
- Enter your personal identification number followed by the pound key.
- Press “1” to play your message.
To retrieve your results online:
- Go to www.mytestresults.com
- Customer/Client number: 8669348701
You may need to adjust the volume on your computer or speaker.
Your results will be available to you for 7 days after the initial retrieval date.
Time guidelines:
Routine labs are available in 5-10 business days.
Throat Cultures are available in 2-3 business days.
PAP Smears are available in 3-6 weeks.
