Daniela Hangan, M.D.

Dr. Daniela Hangan is a board certified Family Medicine Physician with special interests in nutrition and endocrine disorders. She completed her medical school at University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iuliu Hatieganu, Romania. Her residency in Family Medicine was completed at Mercy Health System, WI affiliated with University of Wisconsin. She was awarded a Fellowship title in Nutrition and Weight Management at Geisinger, PA and has two additional board certifications in Nutrition and Obesity.  Dr Hangan has been practicing medicine in the inpatient and outpatient settings since 2008.

Bradley J. Hunter, D.O.

Dr. Bradley J. Hunter received his undergraduate degree at Shippensburg University and his D.O. at Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 1999. He completed his residency in family practice at Albany Medical Center and is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He cares for newborns, children and adults, providing traditional medical as well as osteopathic care. Dr. Hunter is an Assistant Professor at Georgetown University, School of Medicine in the Department of Family Medicine.

Shenaye Lyons DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC

Dr. Shenaye Lyons is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree in 2015, and Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2011 from Frontier Nursing University. She is an alumna of the University of South Florida where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in 2007. She received her Associate of Arts Degree with Honors in 2004 from Florida State College at Jacksonville. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She has a Plant Based Nutrition Certification from the eCornell and T.Collin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. Dr. Lyons is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

About Our Physician Assistant

Physician Assistants (PA's) are skilled professionals who provide medical services under the supervision of the physicians. For example, PA's take medical histories, perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses and order and interpret laboratory tests. Patient education and counseling are also important aspects of a PA's daily activities.


Tiffany Nickens-Gaither, PA-C

Tiffany Nickens-Gaither received her Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant both from Howard University in Washington, DC. She worked in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as, Dermatology for several years. Tiffany is passionate about educating patients on disease prevention and lifestyle modifications that can positively impact quality of life. Tiffany is an NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant. She is licensed in Maryland and Virginia to practice medicine.
